The next step is computed deterministically on the server (first-hit-wins) — the app and admin show exactly the same step. The candidate period/Anwärter status (F05.03.07) is a time-based gate in the path; the continuing-education requirement (F05.03.05) is counted as CE points rolling 12 months.

Modules are versioned with multilingual chapters (F05.03.06), embedded media (rules, scenarios, video — F05.03.02) and a prerequisite chain (DAG). Publishing freezes an immutable version snapshot.

Publishing rejected: the module lacks a final quiz (missing_final_quiz) or has a cyclic prerequisite chain (cyclic_prerequisite).
