Config builder — all the ranking algorithm's attributes

The engine never assumes a fixed number of levels or a fixed multiplier ladder — everything is data. Example values show an SE config (Nationals ranking).

1 Basics

There is no fixed A/B/C/D = 4/3/2/1 multiplier. Recency multiplies the points, not the tier letter.
