The platform subscription — not the club's customer payments

Your organisation's agreement with Petanque Life: tier, price lock, payment history and invoices. Customer payments (membership fees, registrations, kiosk) are handled under Finance — never mix the two flows.

Current tier

National Federation S €9,999/year · annual invoice · next renewal 1 Mar 2027

Tier is classified automatically from your licence registry: 2,140 licensed players on 31 Dec 2025 → National S (1,000–2,999). Crossing 3,000 moves you to National M at the next renewal — you are notified well in advance.

Your price protection

🎁 Year 1: €0 — the federation intro offer, unconditional. Shown on the year-1 invoice as list price − 100 % discount.

🔒 Price locked until 1 Mar 2029 (36 months from signing).

📈 After the lock: adjustment only at renewal, capped at eurozone HICP — with 90 days written notice and free cancellation before an adjusted renewal.

Invoices are in EUR (English PDF; your local currency shown for reference at the ECB day-of-invoice rate). Receipts are emailed automatically to ekonomi@nordvikbf.se — change the recipient under invoice settings below.

Read-only view scoped to your tenant (403 without tenant context). Campaigns are built by the platform team in the operator console — member mailings are done as usual under Messages.

Empty state — no invoices yet: "Your first invoice appears after signing. Federations' year-1 invoice shows €0 with the list price and discount visible."
