Federation customisation
All changes are audited · no code change per country
The platform is radically configurable per federation — no two nations have the same rules. This is home to the registers that let Sweden, France and Spain run the same system with completely different classes, terms, languages and hierarchies. Fees, licence types, transfer rules, the ranking algorithm and org structure have their own pages (linked below).

Level codes are your own data (CEP/FIPJP are codes in the matrix, never org level types). The "Other" level never carries a licence requirement and does not count towards ranking — licence semantics stay per competition class.

A deactivated preset disappears from the wizard and the Game systems catalogue view but stays here as Inactive for reactivation. Deactivating all presets for a discipline leaves the wizard's preset list empty — it never silently falls back to the baseline.
These are defaults, not enforcement: the create-competition wizard starts from the federation's standard values, and every competition can still deviate where the domain allows — existing competitions are never changed retroactively.
Entry defaults · registration & fee rules
Protest & jury defaults
Protest handling and jury duty on match day are unchanged — this only pre-fills the wizard.
Scoring standard · default end condition for new competitions
Pre-fills the wizard's scoring triad (end condition · points · time limit) — per competition, class and phase deviations work exactly as today.
◌ No policy set — new competitions start from the platform default (points to 13, no time limit).
Ranking linkage · which classes and levels earn ranking points
Read-only overview assembled from the class register and the sanctioning matrix — no points are invented here. The class flag is edited in Competition classes, the level flag (ranking_eligible) in Levels & sanctioning, and the algorithm itself in Ranking.

A result earns ranking points when BOTH the class and the competition's level count towards ranking — how many points is the ranking algorithm's concern (D-RANK), never edited here.
